We handle both design and installation, something most contractors don’t offer. Our experience helps you choose with confidence. Your Bath Design Specialist will print your full order with pictures, and you’ll approve each item one by one. Then our Technical Sales Rep will follow up to review everything again, so nothing is missed.
Who will do the work? How many workers?
Our crew typically consists of three individuals: a Project Manager, a Tile Specialist and an Assistant. You will see the same individuals from start to finish which not only gives you comfort, but allows us to create a consistent result for you.
Does OWB guarantee work if I’m not happy?
We offer many different tupes of warranties, some even have lifetime warranties availible, and if you're not happy with your work, we will come back and make it right.
